1. Order Cancellation
Before Shipment
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped from our warehouse.
To request cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at:
If the order has not been shipped, the cancellation will be processed successfully and the refund (if applicable) will be initiated.
After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
However, you may be eligible for a return or replacement as per our return policy.
2. Return Eligibility
We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged
- Wrong product delivered
- Product missing from the package
- Expired product received
To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Product images
- Unboxing video (if applicable)
3. Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Opened or used beauty products
- Skincare or personal care items after seal removal
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Items purchased during clearance or special sale offers
4. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed.
Refund timelines:
- Prepaid orders: 5–7 business days to original payment method
- COD orders: Refund may be processed via bank transfer or store credit
5. Replacement Policy
Eligible replacement requests will be processed based on product availability.
If replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, leaking or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share clear product images and packaging photos
- Share an unboxing video for faster resolution
Claims without proper proof may not be eligible for approval.
7. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless:
- Wrong item was shipped
- Product arrived damaged
